Yes — Tera TV 4K works with Smarters Pro on Android. On Samsung TVs, use the new Smarters Pro version (the old one is discontinued). On LG TVs, the app has not been updated yet.
You can use IBO Player, All IPTV Player, BOB Player, or HOT IPTV instead. These apps are paid, but we activate one for free when you buy a yearly or 6-month plan, depending on the available offer.
